Wrapping up June

After Gracie's birthday, we spent our last few days with my mom and sister enjoying their time here.

They visited Pearl Harbor one day and found a Wojtkiewicz on the Arizona Memorial Wall.  Many of you don't know but that is my grandma's maiden name.  We are not sure if there is any relation but my mom is going to have my uncle check into it.  It's not very often we see that last name!

We miss having them here and spending time with us.  While they were here we did find out that we were going to be coming back to Omaha for a visit!  We were nervous about flying with 2 kids this time but excited to be able to come home and introduce Griffin to everyone.  Look for that post later! :)

After Grandma Linda and Aunt Tina left, we went out to try the new pizza place in town, Brick Oven Pizza.  It's really good and way better than Pizza Hut (which is super salty out here!).  They give kids pizza dough to play with while you wait for your meal.  Here's Gracie with hers.  She put it on her face when we weren't looking and had flour all over her cute little face.

Grandma Pam also came out to visit in June.  She was here for 2 weeks.  We did more relaxing and hanging out this time around than the first since she'd seen quite a bit already.  Plus she just wanted to hang out with her grandbabies!

With Pam here, we got to take Gracie out on our first Mommy, Daddy and Gracie date night.  We went to see the movie Brave.  She was so excited to wear her Brave shirt and eat popcorn at the theater!

So that was June, full of visitors and playing, just the way we like it.
